1.Introduction to the PDCA Program or the PDCA Cycle
 
(Plan – Do – Check – Adjust) is the continuous improvement cycle introduced to the Japanese in the 1950s. Although he originally called it the Shewart Cycle in memory of Dr. Walter Shewart – who pioneered statistical quality control in the United States since the last years of the decade The Japanese are used to calling it the Deming cycle or Deming circle.
Plan: planning, defining goals, scope, resources to implement, time and methods to achieve goals.
Do: Put the plan into action.
Check: According to the plan to check the implementation results.
Act: Through the obtained results to propose appropriate adjustment effects to restart a new input cycle.
Beyond the application framework in quality management, PDCA today is also seen as an effective way of operating and handling work.

– Practice Gantt-DO charting: Do the work effectively
– Manage TO-DO LIST
– Prioritize work (Importance / Urgency)
– CHECK: Measure/analyze work results and apply to next action
– Progress control
– Analyze assessment standards and actual results
– 5 WHY analysis/Fishbone chart analysis
– ACTION: Using verified results, consider next steps to accomplish the goal
– Adjust goals/Change plans
– Think improvement plan
