1. Program Introduction

Anyone who has just stepped into the Japanese corporate environment will be told more or less about “Reporting, Contacting, Discussing)
“Reporting”: Primarily for assignments from superiors or from older, more experienced employees. Subordinates will communicate job status such as results or performance process to superiors.

“Communication”: Contact people related to work. Everyone communicates with each other the necessary information such as schedule, what are you planning to do now?…

“Discussion”: People in the company often discuss and exchange information to better understand the work. Ho-ren-so is an extremely important tool in the operation and management of Japanese companies. It promotes information sharing within the organization. The larger the organization, the more important Ho-ren-so becomes and needs to be taken more seriously. The stronger the sense of group sharing, the clearer the purpose of the group, the more effective the work will be.

The course “Hourensou Skills” at Forval Institute aims to equip students with the skills of Reporting – Communication – Discussion.
In this course, students will have the opportunity to self-assess their Hou-ren-sou skills, realize what they have not done, and practice their Reporting – Communication – Discussion skills through games, Group discussion, case study.

Part 4: HOURENSOU Skills (Report – Communicate – Discuss)
– Practice Hourensou skills and proceed smoothly.
– How to do the reporting, communication and discussion.
– How to receive instructions from superiors.
– Present ideas to superiors convincingly.
– PREP Rules.
– Apply Hourensou to work.
– How to apply Hourensou to solve existing problems in communication with superiors.
