1. Course Introduction
The concept of 5S originated in Japan in the early 80’s and has been widely applied in countries, including South Vietnam. The purpose of applying 5S is not merely to improve working conditions and environment in an organization, but more importantly, to change the way of thinking, working habits and enhance the creativity of each individual. individuals in the organization.
Forval’s “5S Implementation Skills” training course guides the principles of arranging work according to the 5S model, specific assessment content for each area, and scoring methods.
